Mr D and Miss M's wedding Day!

 I really enjoyed being at my great friend M's special day.  Once the cake was done, I could relax and enjoy the night.  Here are a few of my favorite things at the wedding. 

 I loved that she had her oldest son walk her down the isle. 

 I loved the candy station that they had for the adults to go with gift bags of treats for the kids.

 And of course...I loved the cake!  How could I not?  You know a bride is happy with the cake when she stands there and keeps feeding herself extra bites after they fed each other. 

 

D & M wedding cake

 This was a super tricky cake to make.  It was a white chocolate cake with strawberry filling on the top and bottom layers.  The middle layer was a carrot cake with cream cheese filling.  The whole thing was decorated with a whipped cream cheese frosting.  Super tasty, but such a hard frosting to work with.  Luckily it held up for the reception.  I was so relieved!

 

Mr A, is turning into a man!

 This guy is turning into a man!  There is no question about this.  I loved how sharp he looked in his suit.  He is getting ready to turn his mission papers in.  Can't wait to see where he goes in his life.

Mr A Graduates!!!

 I love this guy!  I have been blessed to take his picture for a few big occassions in his life.  It has been so wonderful to watch him grow into the man he is.  Can't wait to see what he does next with his life!

Now here's some personality for Mr A

 One thing I love about this kid, is when you get him in a situation that he thinks is fun his personality really comes out. 

Capturing what a Mr A loves to do!

 It's fun with a Sr to take a little time to go out and photograph some of what they love.  That thing that makes High School just a great experience just for them.  For Mr A, track was that thing.

 I've had these "re-edits" in my head for a long time.  I think this takes the "today" out of these pictures perfectly.  Enjoy a little of the old west in Arizona.
