Miss K has the most original fake smile

Miss K's mom didn't purchase these pictures because of the fake smile she was sure was all I could get. Most people have a fake smile, but how many only raise one side of their mouth in their fake smile. Funny girl! I did get one picture..the first one without just one side lifted.

Miss J brought a smile to my face

She was a little taller than the rest of the class, but she was so proud of how tall she was. I love a girl who is comfortable in her own skin!

Miss M is such a sweetie!

I get to learn a lot about a family when I take pictures of a kid without their parents around. Like her mom doesn't let her watch sponge bob and her brother is the stinkiest person in their house.

R & C Wedding cake

I made the wedding cake for my friend R. I met him through my soccer mom life. It was fun to do his cake. The bottom level was red velvet with cream cheese filling. The top three were white chocolate cake with strawberries and whip cream between each layer. The whole thing was covered in whip cream frosting.

R & C get married

I wasn't the photographer for the wedding. It was nice to just be at a wedding and enjoy it. But I did snap a few pictures since I brought my camera due to the cake. Here are the pictures I got during the reception.
There will be a seperate post for the wedding cake

An eagle court of honor for Mr A

I had the great pleasure to make the cake for this court of honor. It was so much fun to be there for the ceremony and watch a boy who didn't think he'd get his eagle be awarded it. It was just by the skin of his teeth, or his grandma's teeth who pushed him the last little way. But he did! So proud of him!
